			He is likely to be convicted.  If he is convicted he must lose his licence for at least 6 months.  He can expect to lose his licence for at least 12 months unless their is good reason to reduce the automatic period of disqulification.
The court can order a section 10 for mid range but it is unlikely.  If the court orders a section 10 there will be no loss of licence and no other penalty.  Only 16% of offenders charged with mid range get a section 10 for mid range and the vast majority of those would have a blood concentration less than .10.
I would thing that he would get a $800 fine and 12 months off the road.
